What is the refund policy

If the Subscriber has purchased a Subscription for any batches listed on the Platform, and raises a Refund Request during the Refund Windows provided below, team  shall refund:
a. 70% of the Subscription Fee paid if the Refund Request is raised within 7 days from commencement of the batch/test series.
b. 50% of the Subscription Fee paid if the Refund Request is raised within 15 days from commencement of the batch/test series
c. 0% of the Subscription Fee paid if the Refund Request is raised after 15 days from commencement of the batch/test series

Is it possible to switch to another batch by Disciplined Learners?

Yes you can. Depending upon the covered course and timings, you can always switch from one batch to another.

Do I have to enroll again if I couldn’t clear my exam?

Yes, you will have to enroll again under the ‘Old Student’ section where you will get a discounted fee to pay for.

Would there be a new study material for new courses?

Yes study material is updated from time to time and as per the examination needs
